Our Services:
Florenfield is a domiciliary care service provider that delivers high quality, safe and effective person-centred home care and support to adult Service Users in their own homes. The Service Users will have different health conditions that include: dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairment. The provided care and support will cover:
- Assistance with dressing and undressing;
- Assistance with bathing, washing, shaving and or oral hygiene;
- Assistance with toilet and continence requirements;
- Moving and handling with the assistance of equipment such as hoists;
- Assistance with meal preparation and eating;
- Medication assistance;
- Assistance with handling of personal possessions and documents within the Service Users residence;
- Assist Service Users to live independent lives in their own homes;
- Assistance with light domestic duties
